The Commander of the Somali Police Force, Major General Asad Osman Abdullahi, chaired a meeting with the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), where discussions focused on combating organized crime and accelerating investigations related to offenses that undermine public morals and social values.

During the meeting, the Commander instructed CID investigators to give top priority, while upholding human rights, to ensuring that suspects involved in crimes against vulnerable members of society, particularly women and children, are brought to justice.
