The Commissioner of the Somali Police Force, Brigadier General Asad Osman Abdullahi, and the Chief of the Somali National Army, Brigadier General Ibrahim Mohamed Mahmoud, jointly conducted an official inspection visit to the TURKSOM Military Academy.

During the visit, the academy’s senior officers guided the commanders through the various departments and facilities that make up the institution. The commanders were also provided with a comprehensive briefing on the joint training programs conducted at the academy for both Somali Police Force personnel and members of the Somali National Army.

The visit highlighted the importance of TURKSOM as a key institution for developing professional, disciplined, and capable security forces through integrated military and police training.
