Somalia’s Police Commissioner, General Asad Osman, welcomed senior security officials and advisors from the Turkish Embassy on Monday to his office.

They met to discuss enhancing security and counterterrorism collaboration between Somalia and Turkey.

Turkey plays a crucial role in supporting Somali police forces by delivering training and supplying equipment, particularly for the elite Haramcad unit.
