The Somali Police Commissioner, General Asad Osman welcomed police officers who completed their postgraduate degrees to his office on Wednesday, congratulating them on their achievements.

The commissioner stressed that they will play a big role in the ongoing police transformation by applying their respective specialized areas such as law, IT, administration, criminology, and medicine.
